The PWA mentoring program will provide support, guidance, and mentorship. This means  building meaningful connections and a strong network, gaining valuable insights and advice, and receiving encouragement and motivation to reach your professional goals. We will connect the next generation of PWA female leaders to a PWA mentor who matches your career goals.   They will act as a sounding board, share their experiences and wisdom, encourage  new ways of thinking, challenge your assumptions, and help you learn new skills.  

Our Shadowing program is “an internship for a day” or “a stage for a day. An opportunity to shadow a senior PWA member in their work environment learning their industry and receiving personalized coaching to navigate your career path and achieve your  professional goals. Shadowing is a  type of on-the-job training that allows our members to follow and closely observe another member in their work environment .
