Simona Liguoro has been Director of Human Resources at Nespresso Italiana since 2015, where she supports the company in developing best-in-class strategies for employee well-being, inclusion, and gender equality. After graduating in Law from the University of Milan and earning an MBA in Organization and People from Bocconi University, she began working in the company in business roles before moving to HR roles with increasing responsibilities. Today, at Nespresso Italiana, Simona is part of the Management Team and continues to develop projects for the 850 people and over 70 Nespresso Boutiques throughout Italy, at a crucial time of transformation in the Italian coffee market.
