My corporate background is primarily in the pharmaceutical sector, in Milan where I lived for 11 years, in generalist roles, contributing to HR system implementations, corporate reorganizations, performance management, welfare programs, talent acquisition and development.

Three years ago, I moved to Rome and transitioned to a new sector, taking on the role of HR Manager at AUR.  I manage all HR functions independently, overseeing the full spectrum of human resources operations.
