Valeria Mangani 


President Sustainable Fashion Innovation Society: enhancer for the ecological transition of the made in Italy industry. Founder & producer PHYGITAL SUSTAINABILITY EXPO

Born in Johannesburg (South Africa), Valeria Mangani has an academic background in Fashion Design, History of Art and Preziosi. She is the author of 10 best-selling books on well-being and quality of life for Natura & Salute, Tecniche Nuove, Milan.

In 2020 she founded the Sustainable Fashion Innovation Society, an association that aims to enhance fashion, production sustainability and innovation in the connected supply chain, both in reference to the national and international reality, with particular attention to the problems of work, information, ethics and bioethics related to the family and equal opportunities.

Tiffany Retail Learning Manager - Southern Europe

In collaboration with the Retail Director and in coordination with the Country department heads, Agostino delivers high impact, interactive and consistent training and coaching along the four main fields of actions: Business efficiency, Expertise, Self-awareness and Leadership, in all stores, located in Turkey, Spain and Italy.

His main role is defining, developing and implementing individual coaching strategy for all store managers and client advisors. He organizes and animates in-class training according to the company learning path and analyses the retail team performances and skills to identify specific training needs.  He also reports, records and monitosr all training and coaching impacts and return of investment.

He has more than ten years of experience with various training methods from the traditional classroom to experiential learning, from outside training to in-shop training, experiencing different projects like management training and soft-skills development.
