Franca has over 20 years of work experience as a commercialista and legal auditor. She is an entrepreneur and opened her own studio over 14 years ago.

Franca is also the administrative manager of the Italian organization Accademia Olimpica Nazionale born within CONI (The Italian National Olympic Committee ) which provides discipline, regulation and management of national sports activities. Coni is a public entity responsible for the organisation and strengthening of national sports and the promotion of maximum proliferation of sport.

She was a member of the Youth Commission which among many objectives helps new members of the Accademia to manage and resolve any problems that he or she will encounter in the various phases of his or her professional life whether their nature, bureaucratic or technical.

She was born in Rome and has served as co-treasurer of PWA in 2012 to 2014 and is familiar with the important role for the association.
