Eleonora is founder and partner of EvenBetter Consulting, providing business advices in FMCG and Services sectors. She gained extensive experience working in more than one multinational compay, in bothFMCG and Services (Johnson & Johnson, American Express, Unilever) for many years.

Eleonora was associated with Unilever for 20 years, holding managerial positions in national and international Marketing, Trade and Customer Management by achieving successful outcomes for the business development in different markets. According to the roles, during these years she led development and implementation of local and international Marketing strategy, Customer and Channel strategy for different categories.

Currently she consults to medium/big sized Italian and foreign companies, supporting the development and the integration among outstanding business vision, distinctive branding and meaningful innovation, in terms of strategic plans definition and support organizations toward an improved effectiveness and cooperation, including training sessions.

She is passionate about travel, which she usually loves to organize on her own, to discover new places and live local experiences to learn something new every time. She is also food enthusiast in all senses, from cooking to experimenting new cuisines.

She is a big fan of Marie Curie as symbol of redemption for women all over the world in a time when women still did not have access to many sectors of society.
